1. About these terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern bookings of holiday homes operated by Mòrachd ("we", "us", "our").

By making a booking, you ("the guest") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Bookings & payment

• Bookings can be made through this website or partner platforms (such as Airbnb, Vrbo or SuperControl). Where you book through a partner platform, its terms and payment process also apply.
• Your booking is confirmed once payment has been taken.

3. Check-in & check-out

• Arrival and departure times are stated on your booking confirmation.
• Entry details are sent to you before your arrival.

4. Occupancy & house rules

• Only the number of guests stated on the booking may stay at the property.
• Parties and events are not permitted without prior agreement. Please respect the property and its neighbours.
• Smoking is not permitted inside our properties. Pets are welcome only where stated on the property listing.

5. Cancellation

Cancellation terms are shown at the time of booking (and, where applicable, follow the booking channel's policy).

6. Damage & breakages

• Please report any damage or breakages promptly.
• Reasonable costs of repair or replacement may be charged.
• We are not responsible for guests' personal belongings left at a property.

7. Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your stay, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put things right.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes that cannot be resolved by agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
