Coulter Cottage is a Georgian era 2 storey cottage which is listed by Historic Environment Scotland as a building of historic interest due to its age.

Renovated and beautifully refurnished throughout.

-Spacious open plan kitchen/dining area with door to patio. Oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, larder fridge and Nespresso Citiz coffee pod machine. A starter box of coffee pods is provided.

-25sq m patio accessed from both dining area and sun lounge with outside dining table and chairs. Second patio with seating area. Cushions provided which we ask you to put away after each use.

Front garden which is fenced with gate accessed from Links Road leading to the cottage’s front door. Small patio with bench. Links Road, a quiet one way road with on street parking, separates the front of the cottage from the golf course which runs along its entire length.

The mile long beach is within and easy 5 minute walk.

The whole of the house, garden and outhouse is available to you during your stay.
